• Arranging the booking of all required transport to ship the Goods to the destination country designated in writing by the Purchaser.

• Packing and loading the Goods for transport from the manufacturing country to the destination country.

• Unpacking and warehousing the Goods at the port in the destination country designated in writing by the Purchaser.

• Arranging and managing Customs and FDA/CE or Other approvals in destination country.

• Transport to the Purchasers warehouse in the destination country.

• Arranging all insurance from the time of taking possession of the Goods to handing possession to the Purchaser in the destination country.
